What if 5 people come to 2 for 20 Tuesday? DOes it have to be an even number to take advantage of the promotion?
Ernie! I pray you and yours have a grand holiday ahead, that the New Year brings the promises and hopes we’ve dreamed.
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Always, George McKamy (close friend of ETC.)
I have had the pleasure of eating in your restaurant three times. Unfortunately I live over an hour away, otherwise it would be more. I love your food!
I was hoping you would share your recipes for the black beans and the green rice? I hope you don’t think this is rude to ask but living so far away I just can’t get there as often as I’d like and the beans and rice are to die for!
Thank you for your consideration,
Debi Byron
Hey Debi,
Email me at ryan@zocalosacramento.com and I will reply with any recipes you are looking for! Thanks for being a fan!
Wny is your chef, Ryan Rose, so short?
He’s actually pretty tall for a Oaxacan.
What would you suggest a vegetarian order for breakfast?
Omg, your rice is to die for! The only thing I wish is that it had a brown rice option. Oh, and the shredded chicken in the enchiladas is cooked to perfection! I can’t wait to go back, get a facebook page so I can become a fan!
I just wanted to thank the sweet Bartender you have at your establishment! It was my friend and my first time on Ssaturday, we were waiting for our table at the bar. We were watching Tombstone on your tv enjoying the whole ambviance of the restuarant ( live music and beautiful decor). The channel was then changed to ESPN it just did not work for us. we asked the bartender if she could change it. It was so busy on that it took a couple of minutes for her to get to the mangager. He was so nice to change it back for us! Because of how sweet and helpful your Bartender and Manager were I have already made a reservation for the following friday to have my Birthday dinner at your restaurant.
Tonight I ate at Zocalo for the first time, but not the last! I loved the food and the ambiance! Do you have a Facebook page so I can become a “Fan of Zocalo”?
plan on being there for the Mexico/Uruguay game. Will you be serving breakfast? (need to brush up on your Spanish)
We had the most amazing dinner at Zocalo the other night. Your blackberry margaritas, well, no words describe this refreshing beverage. We each had a seafood dish. I had the veracruzana. It was perfect. The halibut melted in my mouth and the flavors were mouthwatering good. The three “dips” for the chips were excellent-absolutely loved the black bean dip! Prompt service with a smile – 5 stars for sure!
Okay, we went back tonight . . . we were walking around Old Sac trying to decide where to eat there . . . we all looked at each other and one person said, let’s go back to Zocalo . . . YUM!!! Needless to say, we waddled home, stuffed and satisfied. Oh, Zocalo, how we wish you were closer to us so that we could enjoy your flavorful foods!
I can not get an email to you at wecare@zocalosacramento.com. Please email me with a new email address to make a reservation or ask a question. Gracias

REF: Exclusive Mexican Folk Art from Michoacán Mexico.
Dear Mr. Noe,
Please allow me to send you a cordial greeting and to thank you for the time you have taken to see my correspondence.
My name is Antonio Guzman, sales manager for Moreliart Galleries in Morelia Michoacán Mexico. We are a union of artisans for artisans in the state of Michoacán. We export the local art to the United States and Canada.
We are currently commercial partners with Zanzibar in Sacramento, maybe you have heard of them.
We work directly with artisans like world renowned Alvaro de la Cruz. Famous internationally for his Catrina Figures. We also have wooden masks elaborated for us by Mr. Federico Sierra who provides masks to artisans like Juan Horta who paints many of the masks. Our copper items are hand elaborated by Señorita Olimpia Paz, Jose Barba and the well known Perez family in the village of Santa Clara del Cobre.
Our association with the artisans is personal and professional. When we are able to co-live with our Michoacán friends we take note of all the details taken to elaborate the wide variety of items.
Frequently the Perez family invites us to their home to see new items and to share common chat with them. Our friends from Capula also share their homes and lives with us. This is what complete the union of artisans.
Allow me to comment that you restaurant “Zocalo” looks fantastic.
Please reply to my E-mail or you may dial me directly at 011 52 (443) 233 2075 office or 011 52 (443) 188 3583 cell. Log onto http://www.moreliart.com or http://www.moreliagalleries.jimdo.com
We look forward to becoming long time commercial partners.
Thank you in advance for your time and efforts.

Noe,
Please give me a call regarding live music at Zocalo. I have an excellent small Rock en Espanol group that plays soft spanish rock and ballets. This group would be an inexpensive way to bring a good ambience with live Latin music to Zocalo on the weekends. The group is set to release their new CD and touring in the bay area. Please contact me for booking info and pricing.

Hi Lisa, what is your contact information?

Hello Lisa! Thank you so much for your feedback. As of now, we don’t have any plans on including vegetarian options- but we will consider it.
I felt right at home when I ate here!!!!!
Hello I am having a wedding anniversary coming up in november and wondering if you can provide a special menu or can we order from your regular dinner menu and if there is a banquet room charge and cake cutting charge and how big are the rooms thanks.

In what month and year did Zocalo first open?
hello, i am an interested future applicant for the restaurant coming in the fountains at Roseville, however, i have no idea how to apply to that locations and the wecare@zocalosacramento.com does not work, at least not for me on my computer. If someone could help me out with this problem, that would be greatly appreciated!
