At Zocalo, we are all a family. We depend on each other to make our workplace successful. There are people that work at the front of the house that costumers get to know and sometimes to create a relationship with, however, there are others working behind closed doors that make Zocalo such a great restaurant! These people are the chef, cooks, preparers, dishwashers that always are the first to come in and the latest to go home. They spend hours at the kitchen getting everything done so that when the first costumer walks in everything is ready. I would like to thank the back of the house crew especially for those days when we are all so busy and we never get to tell them what a good job they did or how important they are to the team. A lot of times the cooks don’t get to hear the customers when they say what a great meal they had and how delicious it was, but I wish they could hear all of the compliments they get. Not only are they hard workers, they are also great people and good friends and every once in a while they spoil us with special meals. . So I would like to thank to every one of them for their successful work, time and dedication. I really appreciate what you have done for Zocalo.
